company and our customers are protected. Greenstar Landscaping also
maintains a reliable fleet of trucks, tractors, salters and walkway blowers
for snow removal, as well as an equally impressive range of equipment for both
summer maintenance and construction projects.

Greg Janes: President
Greg Janes has worked in the landscaping industry for over 20 years. At the
age of 17, he worked for Sheridan Nurseries in customer care and retail for two
years while developing the skills he would need to venture out on his own.
His entrepreneurial spirit would soon override his ambitions with Sheridan
and, at the age of 19, he brought Thumbs Up Landscaping to the
Montreal community, serving residential clients in the elite West Island community when a life choice had him relocate in Ottawa.
In July 1990, Greg incorporated Greenstar Landscaping Inc. He ambitiously
tackled the West End Ottawa market. Over the past 14 years Greg has
expanded to include commercial property management
corporations as well as residential construction services throughout the Ottawa community.
Greg is well respected in his community and recognized as an accomplished
entrepreneur by Ottawa's top property managers and competitors alike.
Greenstar's portfolio consists of well over a hundred clients. He is
currently servicing 30 commercial clients as well as his residential
construction clients with detailed, specialized care.
